Job Description

At TractEasy, we’re not just another tech company. We are pioneers in autonomous and innovative transportation solutions, and we’re on the lookout for an Accountant ready to bring structure and reliability to our financial operations, all while growing in a dynamic, international environment.

Your role

As part of our Finance team, you’ll be at the heart of our German and US operations. Your mission: ensure smooth financial processes, guarantee accurate reporting, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our accounting practices.

What you’ll do

  • Manage purchase and sales invoices and reconcile them with orders

  • Follow up and book travel expenses

  • Handle intra-group invoicing and reconciliation

  • Drive continuous improvement of our accounting processes

You’ll also have the chance to contribute to:

  • Inventory valuation and quantity controls

  • Producing financial reports and analysis that help guide our business decisions

Position details

  • Start date: beginning of February

  • Contract: Permanent, full-time (open to part-time)

  • Location: Berlin, with flexibility (up to 2 days remote per week)

Preferred Experience

What you bring

  • Fluency in German and English (French is a plus)

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and general chart of accounts (PCG)

  • Solid skills in accounting and fiscal matters

  • Experience with ERP systems (EAM and SunSystems are a plus)

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Basic understanding of IFRS
