Your future responsibilities :

  • Initiate, drive and successfully deliver EasyMile driverless shuttles projects
  • Conduct projects feasibility studies on client’s sites and contribute to the functional specifications of our mobility solution,
  • Coordinate the on-site deployment of our driverless shuttles with the support of our software and mechatronics departments and our partners involved in product development,
  • Set project governance, manage risks and variations in project scope, manage internal and external stakeholders, oversee project financials, …
  • Ensure that contractual commitments are being met both by EasyMile and its customers,
  • Ensure that EasyMile processes, methods and best practices are followed by our teams, our customers and partners, in order to ensure the highest level of safety while using our products,
  • Maintain regular customer contact and follow up in order to anticipate project, support or training needs, while keeping customer satisfaction,
  • Provide regular project feedback to Management, Product Management and Maintenance and Support team,
  • Contribute to pre-sales initiatives (presentations of our project delivery capabilities, response to RFIs/RFPs,..),
  • Contribute to project methodologies and best practices continuous improvement and update of project delivery documentation.

We are looking for:

For this hands-on role, a bachelor of Engineering/Master’s degree in IT, Robotics, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics is preferred
Work experience in one/several of the above-mentioned fields
Prior experience in successfully delivering fixed priced deployment projects of complex solutions
Familiarity with project management methodologies (in house and/or industry standard)
Negotiation and management skills
Service and client oriented, sense of initiative, objective driven
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player, positive attitude, concise and reporting prone
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and decentralised environment
A commitment to knowledge, thoroughness, and customer satisfaction
Perfect fluency in written and oral English and German.
Regional mobility: 50%

Recruitment Process

  • 30 minutes call with Mathilde or Sabrina ( the Recruitment Team)

  • 1 hour meeting with the Berlin Team Benedikt or Arwed

  • 1 hour meeting with the manager and the recruitment manager
