Your future responsibilities :

You are in charge to perform maintenance operations on EasyMile vehicles, at EasyMile or partner’s location across the country, according to EasyMile maintenance procedures and documentations:

  • Perform on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting on vehicles, and interact with EasyMile technical teams remotely,
  • Perform repair, part replacement, upgrades, updates, calibration, setting on vehicles,
  • Perform remote diagnostics, troubleshooting and support in liaison with on-site Operators,
  • Coordinate when necessary operations with maintenance partners or third party companies working on vehicles, in order to ensure follow-up and validation of maintenance and service tasks,
  • Contribute to providing high quality support and service to EasyMile customers, and respect EasyMile’s commitments regarding safety, availability, and service levels with their vehicles,
  • Report and capitalize the daily activities according to service guidelines in order to ensure products continuous improvement,
  • Perform mechanical, or electrical, modifications on vehicles to match customers requirements, in liaison with the project and technical teams at EasyMile,
  • Contribute to train EasyMile partners to maintenance operations, in accordance with EasyMile’s maintenance plans, procedures and training practices,
  • Collaborate to the creation and improvement of all documentation related to the maintenance activities: procedures (preventive, corrective or troubleshooting), training material, ...
  • Participate in deployment tasks in collaboration with the project and deployment teams.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for:

  • Mechanical or automotive diagnostics and repair : intermediate to advanced
  • Electrical diagnostics and repair : intermediate to advanced
  • Hydraulic systems : basic to intermediate
  • Sensors and robotics : basic to intermediate
  • Computer systems and networks : basic to intermediate
  • Previous experience as a technical support technician will be appreciated
  • Comfortable with using web based tools for retrieving technical documentation, and reporting to EasyMile internally,
  • Results oriented, committed to providing quality service, customer focussed,
  • Autonomous and organized, able to prepare and conduct tasks,
  • Able to provide clear written reporting,
  • Team spirit,
  • Driving license,
  • Fluent English

Others position details

  • Primarily based in Berlin, with frequent travels to Bayern, North Rhein Westphalia, and Switzerland and nordic countries (Sweden, Norway …),
  • Travels up to 50%- 75% of time,

Recruitment Process

  • 30 minutes call with Mathilde or Sabrina ( the Recruitment Team)
  • 1 hour meeting with the Berlin Team Benedikt or Arwed
  • 1 hour meetin with the manager and the recruitment manager
