Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated people to build the road ahead and invent solutions to challenges never met before. Creativity and perseverance is your attitude? We are looking for you.

  • Duration: 3 to 6 months, from October 2020
  • Location: Berlin, Germany
  • Intership subject: Business Development for EZ10 & TractEasy in the DACH market
  • Internship Tutor: Benedikt Sperling-Zikesch, Managing Director DACH

In collaboration with an internship supervisor, your missions will be:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media (e.g. Xing, LinkedIn etc)
  • Ensure continuous deal flow for our sales teams and demonstrations
  • Set up online and onsite meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare appropriate presentations of products and services
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Preferred Experience

  • Preparing bachelor's degree or more
  • German and English verbal and written communication skills is a must (C1 Level)
  • Experience in telemarketing / inside sales and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
  • Fantastic organizational skills, high interpersonal skills, ability to identify the needs of our customers
  • Results-driven personality with efficient time management
  • Willingness to keep learning and pushing yourself to higher levels

Recruitment Process

  • 30 minutes call with a recruitment officer
  • Meeting with the team, technical tests
  • One hour interview with the tutor and a recruitment officer
