Job Description

EasyMile is recognized as a leader in driverless technology solutions for people and goods. Our multimedia content shows this and we want your help to go even further!

  • Duration: 6 months (starting from January 2021)
  • Location: Toulouse
  • Internship subject: Tell the story of autonomous vehicle technology with graphic design, illustrations, video and more.
  • Internship Tutor: Benieke Treverton, Communications Manager

This internship will help promote EasyMile by using multimedia tools including video, photography and editing software to craft visual elements for web, social media and broadcast distribution. We want you to be part of our story - and tell it. This could mean creating an infographic or motion video that demonstrates our solutions, filming some of our projects and people, designing a brochure or editing a presentation.

You will generate ideas, communicate messages and drive action to create the best possible content. As part of the Communications team, you are responsible for end-to-end multimedia projects. We want you to manage anything you create from concept to brief, coordination and the design/filing/editing itself to get maximum impact. Of course we understand this is an internship, and we will be there to guide you. But at the same time this is an amazing opportunity to make your mark with a fast-growing company in an industry of the future.

The main tasks of the Multimedia Content Creator are:

  • Create digital, print, video and other visual communications to help us demonstrate our expertise and tell our story
  • Translate business information into compelling visuals (e.g. charts, graphs, informational graphics, and presentations)
  • Maintain alignment with internal teams regarding user needs, business requirements, market landscape, company strategy and current/future-state of print and digital capabilities and systems
  • Support member engagement and sales and lead generation processes (social media efforts, digital marketing, speaking opportunities, seminars, trade shows, direct mail, email campaigns, marketing collateral)

Preferred Experience

There is no typical profile at EasyMile, we all come from different backgrounds and that is what makes us strong! Don't hesitate to apply if you are motivated and interested by innovative transportation and technologies.

The ideal candidate will be a constant learner and enjoy the challenge of pushing our content further while staying within the boundaries of our brand standards. Of course you should be a good team player but also self-motivated. You have the ability to translate business information into compelling visuals and a willingness to embrace change and to adapt strategies on the fly. You are also detail-oriented, able to multitask, and a people-person.
