Context of the team

Join the heart of innovation at EasyMile. As an Operational Quality Manager within the Operations department, you are the backbone of our delivery machine. You ensure our technical teams adhere to the Product Development Process, enabling the reliable and predictable delivery of the EasyMile software stack (on-board and off-board).

In a world of distributed responsibilities, you are the central orchestrator. You bring structure, alignment, and execution rigor, working closely with Program Managers, Product Owners, System Engineers, and IVV teams to ensure excellence in everything we build.

Your future responsibilities

Your mission is to align Engineering, System & Safety, and Product teams. You ensure that prioritized topics are executed effectively, dependencies are managed before they become issues, and risks are visible to everyone early on. You also embed Lean Engineering principles into our daily habits to drive continuous improvement.

Mission

  • Orchestrate the Product Development Process: Drive the flow from Product Request to Ready for Validation. You ensure Product Requests are translated into actionable development work and maintain the "delivery drumbeat" across all teams.

  • Master PI Planning: Support POs and System Engineers in preparation and facilitation of both Standard and Continuous PI Planning. You build increment plans, align stakeholders on scope, and validate feasibility against capacity.

  • Risk Management & Early Warning: Act as the primary radar for the department. You detect risks early, ensure blockers are owned and resolved, and raise alerts whenever execution diverges from our priorities.

  • Process Performance: Monitor the health of our development process, perform quality checks, and implement Lean practices to eliminate inefficiencies.

Preferred Experience

You are an execution expert, recognized for your ability to align diverse stakeholders around a common goal.

Operational Skills

  • Delivery Orchestration: Mastery of release governance, gate management, and critical path mapping.

  • Agile at Scale: Solid experience in SAFe / Lean-Agile frameworks and facilitating PI Planning.

  • Tools & Methods: Advanced proficiency in Jira, performance tracking, and visual management.

  • Risk Management: Proven ability to identify and mitigate delivery risks before they impact timelines.

Soft Skills

  • Leadership & Influence: You know how to maintain momentum and drive focus across multiple teams.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to synchronize technical profiles and business stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving: You are proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working with high autonomy.

Languages

  • English: Advanced/Fluent (essential for our international technical context).

  • French: Advanced/Fluent.

Recruitment Process

We have designed a thorough process to ensure we are the right fit for each other:

  1. Screening: A 30-minute introductory call with our HR team.

  2. Peer Interviews: A series of interviews with key stakeholders you will work with daily (Product Owner, IVV Manager, Product Manager & System Team).

  3. Final Round: A 1-hour deep dive with the Director of Operations & HR.
