Job Description

Apprenticeship details

  • Duration: 12 months

  • Location: Toulouse 

  • Team: Program 

  • Tutor: Florian Enaud 

  • Starting date: September 2025

Context of the team:   

The Program Team is in charge of capturing and understanding market needs for Autonomous solutions and transforming them into ambitious feature roadmaps to make sure EasyMile remains one step ahead of the curve. 

Acting at the junction between the business and technological world, it is composed of highly talented multi-disciplinary experts able to understand the broader need of a market segment as well as sitting down with developers to clarify what should be implemented. 

Mission:

As part of the product team and in partnership with a senior member, you will help standardise the measurement and formalisation of customer feedback and build business intelligence tools to facilitate high level decision making. You will work with experts and interview partners to understand customer key needs and pain points and formulate KPI suggestions to be reviewed and monitored throughout the team. 

Key missions will involve:

  • Internal stakeholder management 

  • External stakeholder interview and feedback gathering

  • Data collection, analysis and presentation 

  • Automatic reports and visualisation generation based on your findings

Preferred Experience

There is no typical profile at EasyMile, we all come from different backgrounds and that is what makes us strong! Don't hesitate to apply if you are motivated and interested by innovative transportation and technologies.

We are looking for: 

  • Business or Engineering school student

  • Trained in Data analytics, visualisation and business modelling 

  • Able to work with the Google and Altassian suite

  • Skilled at active listening, with a synthetic mind

  • Able to work and communicate in French and English

Recruitment Process

  • 30 minutes call with the recruitment team

  • 1 hour of interview with the tutor

  • 30 minutes with some members of Program team

  • 30 minutes interview with the Program Director and the recruitment team
