Your future responsibilities :

  • You are responsible for the maintenance operations of the vehicles developed by EasyMile, that is to say the services provided by EasyMile to its customers aimed at guaranteeing a level of service or product performance that meets their expectations, and this for the agreed duration
  • Carry out diagnostics of breakdowns encountered on remote vehicles or on customer site,
  • Perform repairs, repairs and check the proper functioning of vehicles,
  • Perform the calibration, adjustment and parameterization operations for the various vehicle components,
  • Ensure the reporting of operations carried out in accordance with the processes defined in the company,
  • Supervise repairs involving an external service provider (external company) to intervene on the vehicle
  • Perform vehicle software updates,
  • Perform mechanical or electrical modifications as part of the R&D activity

We are looking for:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License with no more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years; cannot have more than 1 violation of driving under the influence of alcohol or any drug within the last 10 years.
  • Have a basic understanding of computer operating systems.

  • Communicate with supervisors and customers and maintain good customer relations both in person and over the phone
  • Read and understand training materials, operating manuals and operating and safety rules and directives.

Education - Training:
Technical / Auto mechanics: lev. Intermediate to Advanced
Technical / electricity: lev. Intermediate to Advanced
Technical / hydraulic: level Basic to Intermediate
Technical / electronic: lev. Basic to Intermediate
Technical / robotics: lev. Basic to Intermediate
Technical / computer networks: lev. Basic to Intermediate
Associates degree preferred. Complete training and certification as provided by EasyMile.

Position is based in Denver, CO. Travel of up to 75% is required.

Recruitment Process

  • 30 minutes call with Denver Team
  • 1 hour meeting with the Denver Team and the manager
  • 30 minutes call with with the recruitment manager
