Context

We are looking for a Verification & Validation Engineer to join our team following an internal move. Part of the Operations department, our V&V team plays a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. In this role, you’ll collaborate with integration engineers, product managers, and R&D teams to uncover potential weaknesses and drive continuous improvements. Your future responsibilities

As V&V test engineer, you will be responsible for executing and analysing V&V tests of embedded software using  autonomous test vehicles and/or dedicated test benches and simulators. 

Your main activities will be to:

  • Defining validation plans for autonomous vehicles and systems,

  • Planning and prioritizing V&V test activities in collaboration with the team manager,

  • Conducting test campaigns to verify vehicle compliance with specifications, standards, and applicable regulations,

  • Identifying, reporting, and tracking anomalies, as well as analyzing and summarizing results in test report,

  • Preparing and executing external test campaigns (e.g., UTAC) for vehicles and components,

  • Transferring validation results to Safety, Product, Deployment, and Maintenance teams,

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methods, and tools.

Profil recherché

Essential

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Experience in analysing and testing complex embedded system

  • Common sense and ability to find practical solutions to complex problems

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset

Desirable

  • Experience in robotics

  • Experience in programming embedded systems

  • Experience in Windows development

  • Experience in Linux command lines

Process de recrutement

  • 30 minutes call with the recruitment team

  • Meeting with the team, technical tests 

  • One hour interview with the manager and the recruitment team
